Nicholas Close had left,
In need of more tools,
Who knew it would lead to her death?
Cate Close was in a pool,
Of her own blood.

That's how Nick had seen her,
And then he saw the actions before him
It seemed like a wicked curse
As he watched her hit the rim,
Splintering her neck and dying.

So he was heading home,
And he noticed he saw others live their last moments as well,
They would not roam,
And they could not tell,
But they were dying

Over and Over again,
Before Nick's eyes.

So home he went,
And he had one thing in mind,
Yes one intent.
He was going to find,
Find the answers he would need.

His mother greeted him as he walked in,
And soon peace filled the house,
But a terrible thing called a sin,
A sin was going to happen.
The sin of murdering others.

When he had come back,
Two others had died,
It seemed he had lacked,
Lacked the knowledge to known she had lied.
That young woman that owned that shop.

She seemed sly
Yet he commented no further and went his way,
Now he knew that was her lie,
For he saw her blue jay,
And the evil sign of death.

He remembered it from his past,
When he and his friend and found that bird.
They had run so fast,
Into those woods passed the herd.
Trying to escape that man.

He had cut his friend's neck wide open,
And hung him in a group of trees.

He soon realized that old hag was at play,
For his sister,
Who had come their way,
Met her little mister,
And soon fell ill after that bite.

Nick thought he was alone,
For that priest was dead,
The cause was both known and unknown.
It was all red,
When he almost killed a girl himself.

Just the same way,
That Tristram had died.

He needed to solve this fast,
So he went into the blasted woods,
That girl Hannah following after him at last,
Though he told her she should,
Should turn back and leave.

The time finally came,
When they were to confront the evil witch.

Though they were both knocked out cold,
And at the evil one's mercy when they awoke.
Yet Nick was bold,
He knew what to do to evoke,
Evoke he to leave Hannah alone.

His world grew dark,
The blood leaving through his wounds.

Her screaming had been,
The last thing he heard.

However he was not dead,
Oh no he woke up days later.
In the hospital surrounded by those he lead,
Those who knew the greater,
Greater good had one.

Or so they had thought.

It seems what the old woman had wanted,
Was our good ole Nicky.

However she was burned,
By none other than Hannah.

Hannah who had taken her place,
Hannah who now wanted Nicky as her own.

Is it really the end?
Or has it just begun?
Here is my reading project.

Enjoy, this took like 3 minutes to write :I
